Entrepreneurial orientation of the female students of educational professions

چکیده

The complex professional demands placed on teachers include the demand that they should act formatively and encourage development of entrepreneurial competencies their students, especially orientation - dynamic dimension these competencies. pre-service in-service teachers, visible in action, is an important model for students. In this paper, scale was used to examine female students future preschool primary school teachers. sample included 237 from three different faculties. It established assessed own as moderate, although degree conscious, declarative relatively high. Proactivity more emphasized than other components, whereas competitiveness least component. internal locus control positively correlates with willingness take risks proactivity, but not components orientation. structure educational professions, well years study, are similar, which indicates homogeneity population professions terms orientation, also it necessary enrich university education a factor strengthening determination behavior.
